For families looking for a cheap stay

We had a decent setup with a full-size fridge and microwave, which was super helpful with the kids. One time, the staff actually went out of their way to help us fix a broken toilet—took a while, but they did come through at least.

So it wasn’t exactly cheap but it was bearable.

The check-in process was quick and efficient.

The room was infested with bugs and I couldn't sleep.

This place suits me perfectly with fast wi-fi, free parking, and a fitness center. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me find a place to exchange money. I’m coming back for my business trip.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed, the full-size fridge, and the kitchen setup. The two rolls of toilet paper were a nice touch too! I'd come back for sure.

I absolutely loved my stay! The Standard Double Room was surprisingly spacious with a comfy bed and functional kitchen area. The staff were super welcoming, making me feel right at home!

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Double Room, Non-Smoking. The AC worked great, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The fridge was functional, but could use a clean. The location felt safe, and staff were friendly. Everything was reasonably priced. 😊

The fridge in my room was functional but needed a thorough cleaning. The overall comfort of the bed and fluffy pillows provided a decent night's sleep. However, the bathroom had significant drainage issues, taking about an hour to drain completely, which was quite frustrating. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room that made the stay less enjoyable.

My stay was quite pleasant! The staff at Woodspring Suites Jacksonville I-295 East were welcoming and helpful during my entire visit. The room was comfortable with a decent kitchen area and a functional refrigerator. I felt safe and appreciated the convenience of the location.

There were minor cleanliness issues in common areas.

Once I figured out how to drain the shower, it took as long as a British tea ceremony! Oh well, at least I didn’t need to check for monsters under my fold-up bed!

Convenient location and affordable rates

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for two nights, and while it was an affordable choice close to family, I was disappointed by the cleanliness and the overall condition of the room. The kitchenette was functional, and the soft bed was a plus, but the bathroom had issues with maintenance and the noise levels were a bit high. It’s a decent place for a budget stay, though improvements in cleanliness would be appreciated.

Nice staff. laundry machines worked well. Carpets are old and need replacement.

The fridge in the room functioned without a hitch, perfect for keeping drinks cold after a long day. It provided a decent spot to prepare some meals, allowing a small sense of home during the stay.

Diving into the less appealing side, the elevator had clearly been neglected for quite some time, filled with trash and grime. The bathroom could use a serious clean-up. I noticed residual dirt in the shower and sink that made it feel less than inviting. The overall upkeep of the public areas seemed lacking, which didn't quite match my expectations for a more comfortable stay.
